Black guy hair cuts

I need to get this cut, tried a couple of months ago and this clown of a barber messed it up had to start over. Im away at school and haven't found a barber in 2 years . Going home for the summer, ill try again. Not sure if I can do it b/c I have curly/greasy hair, but I'll give it a shot.

HELL, I am having a hard time getting my barber to be consistant with one hair cut style.

Usually his haircut looks sloppy and the sides aren't faded well.  Nate Robinson had a better version of the haircut.
