To answer your question, no.If anything I would guess the inverse but I'm pretty sure we have wider nostrils. (or at least I do)

Calm down people. If he had malicious intent the best thing to do is not feed the troll. No need to get riled up.

but I really want an answer to this question, cuz im sick and cant breathe through my nose so im walkin around with my mouth open all day and remembered this(black) dude in my class whos mouth is always open and im wonderin if people keep their mouth open because they cant breathe through they nose
