They're legit..  I bought mine from an authorized Nike retailer on the release date and they look exactly the same w/ laces attached.  I also noticed a few small imperfections in mine as well, so did a lot of others I knew who bought them..  So even if they're B grades, they're still legit and pretty close to what everyone else got.
