Blackberry users...quick help please!

I just got a Blackberry Bold (Verizon) from my employer. It was working fine for a couple days but now every time I go to my contacts and try to open their info or call...the phone freezes. The only way I have found to get around it is rebooting...any way to fix this?

Maybe a software update? Should be in the settings

Nope I'm running the latest version I guess. It keeps saying Process Terminated for my contacts when I reboot

Appreciate the help...battery pull worked.

And I have an iPhone 4 as my personal phone...this is provided by my job, probably as a way to keep tabs on me. But the razr was jokes...customers would look at me like
