Blocked from Eastbay?...

So just today I was about to go on Eastbay to check up on an order and for some reason I keep getting this:

(No content is posted on the web page) 

Later on, I googled to see what that link could possibly mean and apparently it means that I'm blocked from Eastbay's servers. I called Eastbay's customer service and they said it's something wrong with my computer. Does anyone know how and why this might've happened? Plus, how do I even fix this?

Actually it wasn't even because of a bot (I don't even use bots). It was because my cookies wasn't working right on my browser. So yeah I had to clear all of that
