Blood in poo

Yo NT, I just dropped a small dry one a second ago. When I wiped I noticed there was blood on the toilet paper. Could it be from the strain? I don't feel any pain or anything, but I am kinda spooked.

I googled it and I'm getting all sorts of wild possibilities from haemorrhoids to a tumour to cancer.

I was also wondering while on this topic, say you have a cut and you exposed that cut to feces. It would likely get infected, no? So, does this same theory apply to a cut on your rectum?
