you one of them types, i hated you kids growin up cuz i was always that kid who gained weight so easy, reason why i eat so damn clean now. you should be cut uplike bruce lee then my man. but yea as already stated. muscle milk is good for your type and taste great. just hit the weights some. that same company alwaysmakes cytogainer. but look into a weight gainer of some sort. dont drink they just cuz though, you gotta hit the gym. that %%% will go all to the belly if youdont.

they are probably contracted by BMW- i swear a story like this comesout at least once a year...BMW Drivers smash more/more successful/live longer etc etc etc

wifey/moms/cousins all get mad cause i beast on the foodand they sit there with lil salads and chicken breast...but yea im kinda cut for not working out basically at all...i aint frail at all...but yea i'll trythat MM out and the spot i moved to has a new weight/room gym so i'll put that to use
