I took my car to the BMW dealership today for some new brakes. They were covered under the warranty, so I didn't pay any. I did have a bad tire, so the guy charged me to replaced that, about $300 for a new RFT. Anyway, when I got home I noticed a few scratches on my front right light and a few small dings next to it above the tire, not the tire he replaced but the the same wheel that needed new brakes. I am almost positive I didn't make some dings and scratches myself so I called the dealer when i got home and told him there was a few scratches I think something might have caused he told me to come in tomorrow and him and his manager will take a look.
Your thoughts and opinions?

Thanks NT

Also OP and everyone reading this. Make sure to inspect your car before and after leaving the dealership. Technicians do make mistakes and can damage/scratch your car.

And that is why you always insist on doing the walk-around inspection as soon as you drop your vehicle over at service. Or pick up a rental vehicle for that matter.
