Bob Marley Fans...ID this song? (MP3)

So I was in Downtown Omaha, and this homeless dude had a Loud speaker somehow hooked up, bumping this CRAZY Bob Marley track...you can tell its from the mid 80s, but the bassline sounded so modern, if a Producer sampled it, ,maybe sped it up a little it could easily be something a Rapper today would rap on.

I only caught the last 20 seconds of the song which arent that good, but trust me, the earlier parts heard were AMAZING!!!

Ok thanks, for any NT Beatmaker trying to make some money, I'm trying to drop a mixtape, and am paying $200 for someone who can successfully flip this sample

Specifically, i want the main loop to be 2:55-3:05, but instead of sampling, you gotta replicate the Bass and instruments yourself so it doesn't sound so dusty.
Also, i want the "OH" vocal at 2:12 sampled, pitched up and echo'd, repeated every 2 bars

Was just slapping this track from steel pulse. Bass line is sick. Great ear!
