Why is Bobby Carpenter always in the media whether it be ESPN or in the Sporting News etc? Am I missing something?

The dude is kinda a bust.  He's only started 3 games in his whole career and is primarily a nickel defender.

Considering he was a 1st round pick and he's in the his 4th year. Isnt he a bust?

No he's on TV alot in interviews. I know he's been on ESPN First Take at least 3 times since November. He's always one of the guys ESPN SportCenter interviews when they do quick Cowboy blurbs. And I dont have many times I've read his opinion on something in the Sporting News.

He better be. He doesn't have much else going for him.

Actually, he played fairly-well this season, but I've just gotten so used to making fun of him and hearing him be made fun of that it doesn't really matter what he does on the field.

He is.  I enjoy hearing his opinions.  He might be a better media member than he is NFL player.

Idk good question but yea he is improving, but I'd much rather hear what D Ware or Bradie James has to say than that soft, finess linebacker lol
