They have plenty of proof. The police had been building a case since before Bobby blew up.
Bailing him out is a huge waste of money because he's guaranteed to do major time either way.
Sure he'll be free for a short time until his actual hearing but he'll be going right back to prison after the hearing.

I wouldn't put it past the feds to plant evidence to convict an innocent black man.
The enormous amount of evidence in this case however is rock solid. If you haven't read the court documents and the indictments I advise you read it, I have.
The feds barely had to do anything, these dudes were self-snitching. Openly admitting to a murder on a phonecall to an inmate in jail.

Even more of a reason to get out and live a lil ...if you know you going away for a while why sit in jail awaiting trial and sentencing if you can make bail and do stuff on the outside for a bit?
