Boston Nightclubs

Hey niketalkers from beantown i would like to know if they are any GOOD nightclubs or lounge areas in the Boston Area that play hip hop and r& b. I'm not talking about the clubs next to fenway either. they don't play any there on Saturday nights anymore. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
