Bourne or Wick

Straight up knocked out on the couch....lost interest after the first 15-20 minutes and dozed off.

Dude I thought you meant at the theater how you gonna count the couch :lol

I fall asleep watching th playoffs n you probably had the tv low so not to wake the kids :lol

Went back in the netflix sleeve to be mailed out when I got up :lol

Liked the Bourne movies, The Accountant was straight up amazing...but Wick...just couldn't get in to it.

:lol

Listen bro, check it again. Trust us, rent it again, take some no-doz and enjoy the ride. We wouldn't steer you wrong.

Nah....it was just a wee bit over the top for me...not gonna knock the next dude for liking it, but it just wasn't my thing :lol

Listen, I'm tellin ya, one more shot.

I loved The Accountant too, absolutely did. But Wick is a FAR superior movie.

15-20 minutes, so you got to the first shootout in his house, right?

Start it over. Trust me fam, watch it again. See the world they created. The music, the score, the cinematography, the choreography, all of it.

I promise you, you will get it. It will surprise you, same as it did all of us. We all expected Johnny Neumonic again, this wasn't that tho.

And the sequel even elevates the first one. It enhances everything.

"You got out once Jonathan, if you dip so much as a pinkie toe back in...." And that is exactly what happens. Barely dabbling his toe in the waters opened up a whole new can of worms.

I promise you man.

I COMPLETELY lose interest in matrix-type action movies.

Master Zik Master Zik summed it up perfectly:

I can see ppl being way more in to black ops espionage action thrillers than just the straightforward action of Wick.

Like I said, it's no knock on the next man for liking it...but slow motion bullets, **** ricocheting off of 5 things before hitting the target, etc etc. is hard for me to get in to. Although on the contrary, I did enjoy Kingsmen. Wick...maybe I'll try again, but even with it being on HBO numerous times, it was an easy pass.

I love action/thriller movies...but things more up my alley are 13 Hours, Lone Survivor, The Accountant, Bourne, Cash Only (dope low-budget film), etc....

Wick ain't a matrix type film though. Don't you see the vids of Keanu training? It's just fast tactical. It's less outrageous than Kingsman and closer to the accountant as far as precision.

Wick 2 was definitely better than the last Bourne movie. Overall though the Bourne series to me has a slight edge overall. Interesting to see what they do with Wick 3.

John Wick is nothing like that, :lol

You'd know if you actually watched it.
