im telling you, ever since i signed a contract (i had been out of contract since like 03)

beforehand? i woulda gotten MONTHS credited if my sidekick was acting up like this....

I've been with t-mobile for years now, never had a problem. Maybe its just you

Back in my freshman year of college I worked at one of those T-mobile kiosks in the mall.

I'll be the first to tell you, those people will +*** you over as much as possible. The amount of shady !!%% that goes on is amazing.

I had to leave when they charged a 75 year old woman $400 for a razor (this was in 07 so the razor had been around for awhile and was already a free phone with a contract)

And it wasn't just the kiosk I was at either. It was going on everywhere.

It was pretty pathetic. I quit after about 1 month.

this.

my point is, the HD2 should have been recalled. i didnt even pay 450 when i got it on RELEASE DATE....yet, a year later, while theyre giving refurbs out for free, im getting knocked for 450 because the phone was LATE...not "we didnt recieve a phone at all" its LATE.

if i had the phone in my hand i couldnt sell it for anywhere near 450....tmobile itself never sold the phone for 450...

but because it was late, im being waxed?

FOH.

like i said, im bout to tell em "look, here are the options. since you cant "drop" this bogus fee, reimburse me for half of my contract because the phone and service have been beyond terrible...(i feel i could actually sue them for the service ive gotten...but im poor...and theyre a corporation)....then we'll break even. ill get a new phone and we can start over. OR you just wont ever see the money. report it to credit collections, whatever. You wont see another cent from me...not even the cancelation charge"

don't even mess with their retail stores, just call corporate. and don't be on that angry customer steez either. i worked customer service for a company and there's nothing worse than someone who calls to yell at me like it's my fault. be cool and explain your problems with them and the nicer you are to them, the more willing to help you they'll be.

The best way to go is to just be aggresive about getting your money back.

They somehow get voted #1 for best cutomer service. Ask for names and supervisors of everyone that won't help you get what you want. Because alot of the time if they get reported, they get fired.

They could undo those charges by simply clicking a button. Just press them nonstop and don't let a representative get off the phone with you. It can take a couple hours but it's worth getting the money back.

I always try the nice guy act first. If that's not working I'm that angry screaming dude on the phone

i always try to be calm and collected.

sometimes its the lack of logic the rep has that pisses me off...

like i know youre reading off a monitor, but if youre contradicting yourself...go get a manager or something...

"i cant do that sir, sorry"

hang up, call again

"no problem!"

LOL.....Hope you know that hey are about to cut off the sidekick servers here really soon.  They will FORCE you to get another phone, get out of your contract without a fee or get a discount on a new phone.
So much for no problems.

Keep at it OP I had a similar situation happen with Asurion over the summer when I lost my EVO out in Charlotte. For some reason the claims operator reported my phone as broken instead of lost and Sprint was ready to charge me 250 over a phone I literally had no clue about. I had to press them but eventually they looked into my old phones records and saw that the phone had yet to have been even used since the day I reported it lost. They had no choice but to cancel that crap.....

From my understanding T Mobile customer service aint so bad tho. One of my friends has had it since around 03 and I'm pretty sure he will never leave them......

I heard rumors of Sprint buying T-mobile tho, for now I can only hope but if so I will be one step closer to obtaining my iPhone lol

You got duped into buying the HD 2. Seriously the only redeeming feature of the phone is the screen add that in with old *%! windows mobile is a disaster.

Larry David I feel your pain but check this out..

Back in Jan 2009 I got the G1 and it was my first time with trash Tmobile I paid almost 90 bucks a month for a trashy phone/ service
mad.gif

FF to March of 2010 when the HD2 came out. NT was hyping up the phone saying how nice it was it was going to be so I copped it.
30t6p3b.gif

Within 2 days of having the phone i decided to return because it was Horrible, my phone would freeze and i would never get any service. F*** having Transformers 2 I wanted a new fone.

Went back to the g1 and canceled the contract this past January (Now on that Iphone status). Screw TMOBILE & their stupid commercials trynna roast the Iphone.

Just thought I'd share that with you, Good Luck though..
