Boyz N' the Hood (1991)

I had the most socially awkward experience ever 2day at Ci-Ci's Pizza b/c of this movie. My brother and I were the only blacks in there and everybody elsewas glued to Boys-N-the-Hood. I mean who would expect for a family themed restaurant to be playing Boys-N-The-Hood during the peak of business hours.

During certain parts of the movie its like the family at the table acrossfrom us would look at us and kind of give us a head nod. Then as we were leaving one guy stops me and ask me if I knew the name of the movie.

Tre crosses the street and the goonies almost run him over, so Tre gets beasty window rolls down playing Ice Cube
sawed off double barrell pokes out...

"what up PUNK? what up FOOL?...(Laughs at Tre scared face)...MARK" pulls off.
