These could be fake.. Look at the 7th picture down, the stitching near the top two lace holes of the collar. It's uneven, both shoes have different spacing, one is closer while the other is further. In the 4th picture down, stitching shouldn't be shown with the insole. Lastly, colors seem to be a bit off on the first three images.
There could be more red flags around the shoe, but more images as well as better quality images would help tell if these shoes are fake. Such as if the shoebox has a stamp and nike air sticker on the bottom, pressing on the leather to see if it wrinkles, an actual picture of the insert with the UPC code, etc.
