i bought the from goat used and I don’t know if it’s me or if the colors of the red look off and on the tag the letters on one say LN3 and the other day LNM should I be worried?

Ln3 and Lnm are factories. The two shoes were produced in different factories is all that means. This is probably a "mixed" pair. Meaning Seller probably had multiple pairs and chose the best 2 shoes for themselves and sent the leftovers out for sale.

Question to ya. Wouldnt the Ln3, Lnm represent production lines within a factory more than it being a factory as a whole?

I believe that they are different "factories" however they are mostly owned by the same group and probably in close proximity.
For instance:
LN2= Feng Footwear Association, under the Fujian Dafeng Group. Hanjiang District of Putian City, Fujian Province.
LN3= Mitutoyo footwear, belonging to Fujian Dafeng Group. Located in Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
LN4= Lai Feng shoes, located in Putian City, Fujian Province Hanjiang District of Wu Town, also belongs to Fujian Dafeng Footwear.
LNM I'm not totally sure about. Can't find any refs.
