Broken Blackberry screen. help?

My blackberry curve screen is broken but nothing else is, so until the new lcd screen comes in for me to put in, i'd like to try to be able to use myphone. it's on silent right now, but i don't know how to get it to "normal" so i can at least hear if i'm getting a call. I know thevolume option is on the top left of the screen but i don't know where the normal choice is on the list. if somebody could tell me which one it is (how fardown the list), thatd just be great. mmkay?

i think its a program where you can plug it to the computer see it all on our monitor
