in Reno, on Sundays, they have a high end breakfast buffet at Silver Legacy.
-Oyster Rockerfeller
-Nigiri Sushi
-Eggs Benedict
-King Crab legs
-etc. the list goes on

hands down the best breakfast buffet ive been too

and Fujis in Davis is the shizz, Soft Shell crab is off the hook. and its pretty cheap, but its always packed

theres also a Sushi buffet in Walnut Creek CA, which is okay, but they serve all you can drink Sake

the best buffet in Vegas is either Bellagio or Wynn

Biff my guy what's good!
Floating boats go around with all kind of easy to make rolls that are freshly made. Not often that a roll will last a long time and remain untouched because everyone wants to eat and it's so good. Mixed in are other plates of sashimi, nigiri, or other appetizers like bbq skewers, seaweed salads or dessert.

You then can ask any of the sushi chefs in front of you for any of the really nice rolls that take skill and time to make. Oh and the fried bananas are $$%+@@*

Man that is hardly a buffet.  That is your average sushi restaurant that is easy to hit up on the go.  For a real Japanese buffet that has all types of sushi including sashimi check this place out.  www.todai.com
Haha I'm coo, we just on different levels I guess.

I've been to Fuji's. It's alright.

Vegas buffets are worth it.

Korean BBQ buffets are HANDS DOWN the best bang for your buck. The food is actually high quality. Whoever said to avoid "Chinese buffets" is damn right. It's an insult to call that stuff they serve Chinese food. You're better off going to your local hood joint with the $3 box of chicken wings and bbq pork fried rice.

Todai?! LOL disgusting. Terrible, terrible quality and it's not even cheap.
