That's true but at the same time in my APT complex, some folks don't take down the %@%% management or solicitors hang(we have clips on our front doors) and so it's more of 50/50 thing with that. Real professional/experienced/SMART jackas will camp out and watch/keep track of the hit spot anyway. Only quick hits or stupid jackas will just hit a house anytime.

Wrong. Any fear of physical bodily harm or third party bodily harm you can shoot anyone. This incudes on the street via an attacker. Thats how it is here in indiana. Most states laws are different.

IMO shoot first ask questions later in your own house. If the intruder doesnt obey with your commands at gun point and he charges at you thats justified to shoot them. And I will with no hesitation.

Florida aknowledges the Castle law and say that if you can establish intent to kill or bodily harm while you're in your car or house you can shoot/kill them. There are stipulations however.

a friend of mine and a couple of his friends were doing home invasions last year while the people were home and got caught by the cops.....i lost all respect for dude after that.....havent gone to see him or anything....one of the guys was a phony 2....i saw pics of him in his house and he had a nice big house...his family had money but this guy wanted to be tough and now he is probably doing 10

Well if you read my post you see that I said I had guns and a dog.

As far as sitting around the crib with a gun on my lap...nope.  Its on the table next to me or in my Blawkhawk serpta II holster on my hip...AT ALL TIMES.

This isnt any "im hard" talk.  Just situational awareness...Theres alot of young negoids in my nieghborhood that think it cool to kick in someones door.  I pistol aint gone do you no good if its in your bedroom and your in the living room.  As far as the dog...I know if someones coming before they even get to the door...that girl hears everything!
