Calling all homeowners!

This is for any NTer's who own there own home, townhouse, condo, whatever. I am officially out of attorney review and am now beginning the process offinding home owners insurance. Anyone have any recommendations? I know it varies from state to state, hell even town by town, but I am looking for affordablerates, good coverage, and the reliability of a reputable company not some fly by not sham. Any recommendations?

Shop around and use the competition to your advantage.
Whatever company you choose, looking into having them combine your homeowner's insurance with your auto insurance.
This will save you hundreds per year.

we've got homeowners through AAA, no idea how much it is because it's rolled into our mortgage payments.

My insurance is through Kemper...i think the premium is 533 for my townhouse....my agent had someone in his office who found the policy for me before I closed

Who do you have for your autoinsurance?
check with them first... you'll get a small discount for having multiple policies.

Homeowners insurance if mad cheap (compared to autoinsurance).

I've got some random insurance....i've got auto wit' statefarm but homeowner's wasn't as cheap as I'd like it to be, and the coveragewas the same.

I have homeowner's insurance through Allstate. They dropped my premium by $300+ when I added my auto coverage.

My auto insurance is with USAA so I went ahead and got homeowners with them as well. It just made sense. Its honestly not that much for the year. Ihave a condo so its definitely a major thing to have. I can trust myself when it comes to my place. Its who's connected to me that I have to worryabout.

if it homeowners insurance check with travlers they usually have the lowest rates for homewoners insurance 9 time out of 10 there the cheapest!!

im finding it convenient that getting a quote online has been failing for the last couple tries. I input all the info and then it says a quote cannot beprocessed at this time please contact yadda yadda yadda.
