CALLING ALL LG XENON OWNERS

i just got a usb cable and a sd memory card....Im trying to put music on it but all it says is "Unable to use licenses. Try again after formattingcard." Does anyone know how i format my memory card?....Help is appreciated

To format the card go to Options > Advanced Options > Memory Card. Press the scroll wheel and select Format Card.

I stole that answer from Google.

i saw that answer as well....but "options" is vague.....anything has options......in what place do i need to go to options
