Camcorder/Camera Help

So I am in the Market for a pocket size HD Camcorder/Camera problem is I cant find one in the $500-600 range that shoots in full 1080p and has a good camera (6mp?), I already have the Sony VX2100 for bigger projects I just want something small I can take around with me for trip and events.........Any help?
