Anyone ever live out there on or off the base? What was it like and where's a coo place to get a fade?

I know a couple of Japanese soldiers out there. I think its pretty big or whatever.
As far as getting a fade, I heard there's a couple barbers around the base that do I decent job. I've never been before tho.

My step dad was stationed there from 2001-2003.. I visited my mom there in the summer and actually moved in with them the last year they were there.. It's actually a small base.. I really couldn't appreciate Japan as much because I was only like 14-16 when we were there. There is a housing base close by where there is the movie theater and the big comissary.
