Although I doubt that the same model is still being produced, check the 9 digit product code which looks like “123456 789” if there’s still a readable tag available inside the shoes and google that code w/ Nike as the additional search term. If nothing comes up, it’d probably mean u are trying to find a needle in the haystack.

Tennis classic AC would probably be the closest but that colorway might be difficult to come by

^ Thought about that one since the heel portion actually looked identical, but the toe seemed different to me. Anyway, am not that much sure since the one in question is pretty much beat up tho.

If it doesn’t have to be that exact colorway, Tennis Classic AC is not that difficult to obtain since they’ve been retroed every now & then. Search on eBay can get you more than 200 results now and some are still new.
If u don’t want to use eBay, you can probably consider Killshot or Drop-Types that are both available through Nike’s online store now. But they are basically life style shoes nowadays (I mean, not really made for playing sports) and I wouldn’t recommend wearing them in the gym tho.
