for some reason i think those are a fake version of these:

the style and color code is 309437-911 and there's a women's 12 for sale on ebay...dont know if your friends feet are that big

They dont usually give older dunks names especially such general release ones

i dont think they have a specific name they are just some regular dunks , try pickyourshoes or ebay
