3) Cant drive in Florida ever again in his life
Its not like he isn't sorry either dude was real remorseful about what happened too! He could of hit dude and speed away but he actually stopped and called police.

Well actually, if you hit someone while driving drunk its a MANDATORY 14 years in most places, which is involuntary vehicular manslaughter...Unless your somePOS overpaid football player like stalworth. Oh darn he got suspended from the league

The man walking was also drunk....not to mention that Donte BARELY missed the legal limit. Also, The deceased man's families agreed to the punishment andthe settlement...So what the !*@* are you talking about?
