can i take a drug test with an expired license?

I went to the dmv for a new one when mine expired and have yet to receive a new one

I have a drug test tomorrow..will i be denied

Should be fine, you still have photo ID and the paperwork for the new license

no you cannot. You must renew your driving license in order for the drug test to be able to fully ascertain whether you are on drugs.

I went to take a DT two weeks ago (formula 3 for those who need a cleanser) I was paranoid about it cause I smoke everyday and when I got there they didnt evenask for ID just the form the job gave me to take to them, I could have saved myself $40 for a detox and had somebody else go in for me!
