Can someone give me Swoosh.com guidelines?

My account was recently closed and I want to know why...I ordered some Air Max 90's but i didnt spend $700 or buy more than 6 pairs

it isnt my account...im under my brothers name and he still works there

the problem is that i havent gotten an email from nike but i just cant login anymore

Thats the problem, you made purchases and had them shipped to an address that is not your brothers. Thats the first sign of fraud that any online retailer would look for.

No i dont think you get me...The account was given to me by my brother who is a Nike employee...My name and my address is under it...I dont see why it would be a problem to have items shipped to a non billing address

If you purchase things ship them to one consistent address if it is different to your billing address. Try not to ship to multiple addresses. Also, use a card that is under the account holder's name. Using different cards and different addresses makes it really suspicious and gives them a reason to pull your account. I had to place an order and get it shipped to a different address bc I was on vacation so I called the 800 number and told them the situation, placed the order on the phone, and everything went well, without my login getting taken away either.


If anything you can always call the 800 number and ask what's up. Or you can always ask your brother to delete that login and send you a new one with a different email addy.

you can ship to whoever you want, you are allowed to gift items. Don't use a credit card that's not your name.

just have your brother call to get it straightened out, it happens, if he still works there everything will be fine, but as the previous poster put, don't use a CC that's not in your name.

That's the problem...My first purchase was to my address...The next three were at another address and i've never used a different card...I called nike and they dont even know why the account was locked

well if they (Nike) don't know I'm confused on why you thought we would know. I had a Swoosh account locked too, maybe someone else on the account did something wrong that's what happened to me
