Can someone please identify this Nike sneaker?

I got these at a Goodwill for $6.60 and can’t find any info on them anywhere. No size tag, just an empty spot where one WOULD be. Also, are they vintage? What year?

Looks like some sort of variation of the Nike Vandal, but Vandal’s usually have a strap. Put Nike Vandal’s in Google images and see if you can stumble across whatever they exactly are. Good hunting
