I recently watched the Tyson documentary released by Sony and its rekindled my interests in well directed, substance driven documentaries. Any suggestions?Preferably some that I can stream on netflix. Thanks

But I'd say watch the Thrilla in Manila documentary if you wanna see a side of Ali that
not many people (outside of boxing fans) know about.

Very interesting.

the part with Leon Spinks, pure comedy.
They shoulda stopped after Shavers.

Ali was far from the fighter he once was when he faced Spinks.
im not a big boxing fan so i wouldnt know but i just couldnt stop laughing at how Leon described the celebration after the fight

Food inc. If you haven't seen it yet. The weezy doc. was alright minus the music. And religiousless I found to be interesting.

After the Shavers fight is when Ali started to slur his words abit.
Most likely an early tell on what would lie ahead for the rest of his life. (Parkinson's Syndrome)

Oh and Shavers may be the hardest puncher in the history of the sport. Holmes, Lyle and Ali credit
him as the hardest puncher they ever fought.

The punches he took from Earnie were just horrible, he should have retired (ideally) after Foreman.
