Can ziplocking shoes make them yellow faster?

I also have another question, if putting shoes in a plastic container does it need to be airtight? Thanks guys!

Don't ziploc, store in box they came in, (maybe remove paper/plastic and add 1 silica pack) dark, room tempeture climate (closet), and wear them. They're just shoes.
