East coast NT’ers are having it bad right now.

Woke up with a super sore throat I’m assuming it’s cause of the air quality from the wildfire

I had a sore throat when I went out and ran a few miles yesterday, in northern Minnesota atm. Did it again today expecting it to suck tomorrow. Can't imagine what you guys in the northeast are getting dealt.
