You need a combo if invulnerability pots + teleport scrolls to beat the dragon apparently.
Turtle porion helps to so your potion cooldown has enough time to reset.

Also, click on the head of the lollipop. Each time you click on it the merchant will lower the price of the lollipops (will go down to 50 candies/lollipop).

let them build up then go to the sorceress' hut and you can improve your sword, gain candies faster, or just get more candies. And once you get the cauldron you'll need them to build potions.
