Can't remember the name of the Jordan's I'm looking for

They sort of looked like these, the Two3s but without laces. And there was a hard plastic panel going up either side of the shoe. They're older, I think they were made in the mid 90's. This sound familiar to anyone?

Were they boots or an athletic pair that looked similar? I have a pair of similar boots with plastic up the sides, but they have a very short lace system.

EDIT: Jordan New Jack from 2000 is the pair I was thinking of...

Uh you got some yard work planned over the weekend and want to do it in style. Because unless I am raking leaves or putting down mulch those shoes/boots ain't it.
