Car Auction VOL: good side hustle??? any info appreciated

Anyone familiar with car actions. I want to obtain a car auction license in CA. Does anyone have a dealer license or knows how to obtain one?

salvaged cars suck, so dont keep any. strictly for sale.

it's a good hustle, it takes awhile to get the ball rolling, but my best friends dad did it. He started young at like 19 or 20 and ended up owning his own dealership in his 30s. He started buying them then selling them back to other dealerships or on hot corners. You gotta start making good connections.

It's a tough business and most people don't end up being successful in it. You have to really know your cars and their worth.
