I know now I should not be a trustworhty person, i know that now......so heres my problem
Someone took over my car payments....We made a contract, and they were paying everything to the bank on time......They stopped making payments. The car has been behind two months in payments.
When it was a week late, I went to the address on the contract, and they do not live there anymore. I called the number they gave us, and it has been disconnected.
I have the vin number, and the persons driver license number that we got when the Notary Public made the contract.
They gave me 3,000 down to take over the car payments.
I asked a Police Officer he said they have breeched their contract, so they lost their money...I just have to find the car.
any help in what to do? much advice appreciated.
