Car Headlight Question

Whats up....I'm looking to put some new headlights in my car. I'm leaning towards putting some hyper whites. What brand would you recommend? I heard PIAA is a pretty good brand. I don't know anything about headlights, so info is appreciated. What about for foglights also? I wanna match them up so it looks good. I don't want something that will burn out in 2 months, but I also don't want to spend too much money.
