Carbon fiber on 11's

Has anyone seen or have a legit pair of 11's (bred's) in my case have sort of a rubber film/feeling over the carbon fiber? My other 11's are rougher. Like make a noise when my fingernail in scratched over the carbon fiber. I think it looks good. But the feeling has me thrown off. View media item 1926374

Carbon fiber is off.. You should definatly hear like a scratching sound when you run your fingernail on it and it looks too boxy..it usually would have more rounded edges with the checkered bored pattern
