How many of you who are up from like 7AM till like 11pm, Take random cat naps? I mean it might be 30 min in the car before work, or Knock out after class for two hours...then go to another, I heard somewhere this is bad for you? Any input?

It's actually beneficial for you

Obviously depends on the person, but a quick 20-30 minute nap should bring benefits without hurting your later sleeping time.

i do it during the weekend, but its more of a full on african lion nap than a cat nap. ill knock out for an hour or two on the couch in the afternoon.

during the work week im usually up around 630a give or take and in bed/lights out no later than 11p. i wish i had a break in my schedule to squeeze in a nap.

I try not to. But sometimes I fall asleep on the couch anywhere from 10 min to 2 hours. Its hard to ignore your body when it wants to sleep esp lately where Im up from 9am to almost 3 am.
