Does anybody have any DUI/DWI exp. that they can share with me. Its my 1st time so I dont know what to expect or what will happen. I blew a .18 and I live in Maryland. What happens next?

Sucks. This is what people don't understand, driving drunk can not only be dangerous to you and the public physically, but a danger to your life all together.
DUI is something that can literally ruin your current life/situation, period.

I'm sure OP is not here to get lectured.
Anyways, get a decent lawyer. Thats all you can do at this point. Let them do the leg work for you. Understand that this will cost you a grip of money though. Learn from your mistakes and move forward.
Edit: Hit the DMV if you haven't yet and get a temporary ID, license if you can.

I blew a .18 in Maryland in 2007 and barely paid 2k in legal fees and lawyers.
The increase in insurance wasn't that substantial.
It is still the biggest regret of my life.
