I've noticed that a lot of girls (and dudes) who live their lives on IG aren't very active on Twitter...

Instagram surpassed Twitter users this year. That's like saying someone has a ton of Twitter followers but only like 50 Facebook friends. Everytime one social media outlook takes over the other, the lesser gets disregarded more.

It's even funny on media outlets like talks shows to hear people plugging their Instagrams rather than Twitter now. I wonder what the next one will be.

I hate when ppl take pics of others belongings, and caption them as vague as possible to imply that they might own it

Like whenever someone in the clique without any social media outlet comes around with something cool, there'll be folks " oh let me get a shot" then the caption "dat life dough"

Then minutes later showing his phone like " look dude everyone loves your new blah blah"

Know a dude who does this, except he would just take full credit and not tell the person. Had to distance myself from him cause of things like things like this and for other reasons...

But it was pathetic. I'm not even sure what's more pathetic... His antics or the people that were buying into it.

My roommate showed me a pic of his friend on instagram wearing bred 1s and this goth ninja outfit claiming there's no way it was actually his friend. This dude... the first time I met him he was wearing a wedding ring, to try to pick up girls, he wasn't even married My girlfriend saw it and was like, "you're MARRIED?!" (she knew he wasn't) and he just shrugged it off and changed the topic. Certified lame. Any way my roommate did the google image search thing and couldn't find the pic that this kid definitely stole. Fast forward a few months later and my roommate randomly finds the picture, but, he didn't call dude out. It was hilarious though.

Maybe this is too subjective, but I feel that instagram is taking the best thing about FB (Female Pics). The best being that the only true way to interact is by commenting publicly on pics. And I don't have to view 40 posts a day with a variation of "money is the motivation" (Twitter)

The real secret is just the "Like" button. Everyone likes attention to an extent so when you get a notification, your phone buzzes or makes a noise, every time someone likes or comments on a picture of yours, you feel good. This becomes addicting to some people and they just need more and more likes. More and more followers. My friend and his gf are huge instagram ****** and they are just like this. Every time they do something together their first thought, both of them, is to instagram it right away. Then I heard their phones buzzing or vibrating for the next half hour. They usually get like 100 likes on everything.

But I wonder if they do things just for instagram sometimes. And like when I went on a hike last fall and they asked if they could come with me they kept making me take pictures for their instagram while I was taking in this amazing view at the top of a mountain and thinking about life. Irritated me like crazy, I had to give them a quota of 3 more pics and I wasn't taking any more. Needless to say they will not be joining my nature quests any longer.

Crazy fact too from the interview.

- He’s had two heart attacks, one large one and one minor one, both within twenty-fours of each other. The heart attack was caused from consuming a mixture of Viagra, cocaine, ecstasy and booze.
