Exactly. Why do you need a 20 bedroom house? Do you really need 10+ bathrooms. I mean honestly think about it. You are going to be using 10%of your house most of the time if you have something that large. You are jsut paying taxes and maintenance on the other 90% that you don't use.

Ira Rennart's house is in Sagaponack on Long Island...since he built it a few years back, the villages out there on the island (i.e. all the Hamptons,Georgica, etc.) have made laws against building a house that big ever again...it's the biggest house ever, or at least it was for a period of time...dudehas his own power plant to power the monstrosity
and Donald's house, or at least the picture posted by the OP is a house that he bought down in Florida to renovate and then hopefully flip...it was on theFabulous Life show on VH1 a while back and he wanted like $150 mil for it and it was still on the market last I checked

I' am a Buffet hater tho and always have been. I can admire his business/investment savvyness, but as a person dude is a complete lame forreal. Rollingaround town in a 15 year old Lincoln Town car, and living in the same ranch for 40 yrs, half you off spring and their kids are damn near broke while he'sworth 60bil+.. What kinda statement is dude trying to make? (rhetorical)

Got a funny story about Seinfeld's crib, which I think he bought from Billy Joel a few years back (if my mind serves me correctly)...anyways, there used tobe an orchard with a bunch of trees where the baseball field now lies on his property...my best friends dad is a service technician for Verizon (who providesthe cable and phone service for some people here in LI) working out of the Westhampton garage so he gets calls near all this rich and famous people'shouses...one day he was doing some work near Seinfeld's house and the landscaping guys told him that Seinfeld wanted trees planted along the sides of hisdriveway...rather than go out and buy new trees, they simply sold Seinfeld back the same trees that they had just ripped out of his backyard to make room forhis baseball field...apparently he's a douche so he probably deserved it
