an 18 wheeler might of dragged him, thats why they were released. The driver of the 18 wheeler said, he felt like he hit something but just kept on going alsoone of the white guys has known and was best friends with the victim.

The only way for the 18 wheeler to hit the victim and not notice it is if the victim was already on the ground dead. However if the driver of the18 wheeler was just driving and hit an innocent bystander then he should be in jail right now.
