Cheap Barbershops in the East Bay?

I live in Oakland, and all the barbershops charge $20 for a cut. I usually go to Pepper Cuts on 52nd ave and International Blvd. I am not that picky just need a ok taper/fade. I recently just moved back from SoCal, where I could find barbershops to do quality fades and tapers for $8 or $10 (Bellflower, CA and Westminster, CA). Anyone know any cheaper alternatives in the East Bay? Maybe some Asian salon or Hispanic barbershop that can do a taper/fade. I have yet to see a black barbershop charge less than $20. I only know of some Vietnamese barbershop that does good fades/tapers for $10, but that shop is all the way in San Jose. Thanks
