In all seriousness though, id talk to him, tell him that +%#+ is wrong and that you as his son dont approve of it and the next time you catch him you will snitch, thats what i would do, then again my opinion is bias because i never had a dad so i will always have a mother's/woman's best interest at heart....good luck
