Whats your daily macros or typical day food plan?

Only way to get bigger be it muscle or fat is to eat more calories then you're burning. No routine is gonna bulk you up if you don't listen to that. If you've been working out a couple months or more and haven't gained any weight it's really simple just eat more. You look to be pretty lean if i was you I'd bump calories up to the 5000 range and go from there. If adding fat to quick lower it slightly if still not gaining raise them more.

Nonsense. You have to eat enough to fuel your body and the right things (protein etc) to build and repair muscles but eating more than that will just make you fat an unhealthy. You need to lift heavy - compound exercises like bench press, squats, pull ups etc. The best program I have found is 5x5. Basically 5 sets of 5 reps. At first you'll not manage - especially on the last set. As soon as you can do all 5 sets then add more weight. I had to add more about every 10 days and the strength and size increases over about 4 months were amazing.

Here's an article where mark rippetoe talks about putting 60 lbs on beginners in a year. Notice the calories he reccomends. If you wanna get bigger you eat more. Sure you've made good gains but could they have been better. http://www.t-nation.com/f...ters_are_still_beginners

I think you two agree with each other. Last year I put on 30 lbs with 3000 calories. This week when I get back in the gym I’m thinking of upping it to 4000 calories. I’m a small guy, so 5000 doesn’t sound insane to me for bigger people.
Also Al was just guessing based on the photo, I assume. It was JUST a guess. There’s no way to know for sure with the information provided in this thread. Everyone is different and caloric requirements for growth can vary wildly.

Dang someone posts pics and doesn't put it in the right thread, no PS? NT is getting serious.

Birds, for your chest, sir.
