Sup NT, i was doing a light workout about 2-3 weeks ago which consisted of some pull ups. After doing a set i got a pretty bad tightness in my chest. It'sa sharp pain right in the center of my chest, i'm thinking i pulled something in there but i honestly have no idea. Simple things like turning my torsohurts and sometimes even breathing hurts. Before i go see a doctor has anyone ever had something like this, if so how'd it go away. I'm thinking ofjust letting it go away on its own but with chest related injuries i don't know if i should chance it. Ever since i got it i haven't worked out sincebut now that school is out i wanna get back into my daily routine.
