I've gotten a lot of size from actually avoiding the flat bench press and opting more for the incline press, either bar or dumbbells and the decline either dumbs or bad. And sprinkle it with flys here n there. Been very efficient. Great size, definition and strength.

Do you have access to a gym? If so try playing around with some of the chest flys at the gym to help you chest. Also try the above and do incline and decline dumbbell presses to help your stabilizing muscles. If you need any help or tutorials for how to do the exercises, this really helped me out when I was a beginner: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/

Make sure you stretch before performing any exercises to avoid affecting your scoliosis more. Back exercises that can help you could be lower and upper rows. Always avoid using too heavy of a weight to avoid overstretching and tearing muscles. Use light weight to improve posture and form and gradually go higher in weight. If you want your chest to look good, however, you will probably have to invest alot of time on the treadmill so that your body isn't just all flab. Good luck sir.

thanks and im not flabby. im sort of solid, just noticed my chest getting softer.

Oh ok I though you might have been on the heavier side since you said you were getting chubby again. Another exercise I forgot to recommend is chest dips. You will feel the burn in the chest, but make sure to get posture correct so that you do not strain or injure your rotator cuff. that is all, thank you men.

If you can't lift heavy I'd suggest doing body weight exercises such as pushups, dips, etc.

Doing some cardio would help you lose some BF too to get rid of potential moobs. :lol

man boobs are a result of fat. trim your overall body fat and implement a work out for yourself.

Buy the Bodylastics bands and use the workouts that come with those. They are really good bands and can withstand a beating and they are a lot easier on your joints and such. When I was using them, it was instant sweat damn near, no matter where I was. Check em out.
