Alright for starters they get credit for having the guts to make that bold move for Cutler. Orton is decent but nothing more and McDaniels will learn that inDenver. Now you got your franchise QB, who's he throwing to??

Iglesias was a solid pick but I see him as a good slot receiver at best. Earl Bennett is still a year away from what I hear, don't think Broussard orBurgess are dark horses ready to surprise the world

. Davis is a goodreturn man but don't expect a lot of production from the actual WR position. What do we expect from Hester? He's explosive and improving as a receiverbut can he be a consistent #2 option is something many question. Helps that Forte catches a lot of balls out of the backfield but checkdown options aren'tgoing to get you to the NFC Championship Game, simple as that.

Time to pony up again and trade first day picks to acquire Brandon Marshall. He's unhappy in Denver and they're supposedly working a deal for whoeverwill put up for the guy so there's mutual interest in another trade. I know he just got hurt too (hip and leg) but I don't recall it being thatserious...correct me if I'm wrong. Bottom line, Marshall is a game changer and will add a major dynamic to the Bears offense. Can't really load the boxon Forte when you have B. Marsh to stretch the field and Cutler's arm to respect. The trade would allow Bennett/Hester to settle into the #2 receiver spotand leave Iglesias in the slot. That sounds like a pretty good WR corps to me. Not to mention Olsen/Clark being in the mix at TE.

Defensive is a given in Chicago and their pass rush should be improved. The additions of Gilbert and Moore should help as well. The only concern I have is thatUrlacher is done performing at an All-Pro level.

I would love for Marshall to be here, but looks like we don't have enough trade pieces to do the deal.

No, it's not.

It's not happening. All the 1st rounders in the world aint getting Marshall. Dudes a franchise WR. You will never be able to replace him.

That's because you just about traded away your whole franchise for Cutler....

You don't have anything to give the Broncos right now that they'd bite on.

Let me remind you because it seems like you forgot...you gave up a THIRD round pick and a STARTING QB, along with theTWO first round picks. Everyone around the country was saying you gave up everything to get one, single player. You won't even be picking in the firstround again until 2011

So we gave up a guy who really should be nothing more than a backup and 3 picks, which are 50/50 shots at the very best,to get a pro bowl QB who is super young. One of the hardest thing in all of sports is to get a guy at QB who can be a franchise player. We have solved that. Iam fine with working on the other issues with a few less draft picks over the next couple years.
We gave up everything?!?!

just to add to what he said who cares about what everybody think we gave up a QB that was fighting to win the starting job with rex for years andwe aint going too even head into the fact that rex is now a 3rd string QB

and who cares about 1st round picks if we dont as good as we can now with jay them 1st round picks will damn near be 2nd round picks if you get wat im saying

and by 2011 the vikings still wont have a QB half as good as the one we will have.

Mush's quote comment was when we had too guys that should be no more then 3rd stingers fightin to play QB he wouldnt say that if he had jay
